Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an L&D Intern located in Ghaziabad. The L&D Intern will support the Learning and Development team in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Key responsibilities will include assisting with instructional design, managing learning resources, coordinating training sessions, and providing coaching support. The intern will also help in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders involved in training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Organizational skills to plan, manage, and coordinate training initiatives effectively
• Basic knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Understanding of training evaluation processes and metrics would be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
