We are looking for a results-driven L&D Business Development Manager to drive growth for our corporate learning and training solutions. If you have experience selling corporate training, leadership development, or eLearning solutions, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and learning solutions
Build relationships with HR and L&D leaders across organizations
Promote and sell leadership training, digital learning, and talent development programs
Understand client learning needs and propose customized solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience in L&D, corporate training, HR consulting, or learning solutions
Strong network with HR / L&D decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Preferred Experience:
Selling corporate training, eLearning, leadership development, or talent development solutions
Understanding of LMS platforms and learning technologies
Experience working with enterprise clients
