Job Summary
We are looking for a Kyriba Analyst with strong experience in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Kyriba. You will work closely with treasury, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth cash management, payments, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and maintain Kyriba TMS modules (Cash Management, Payments, Bank Connectivity, Liquidity, Forecasting).
- Manage bank connectivity, statement imports (MT940/BAI2), and payment formats (ISO20022, SWIFT).
- Support Kyriba implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Work with treasury and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Monitor daily treasury operations including cash positioning, reconciliations, and payments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Kyriba support and internal IT teams.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba TMS.
- Strong understanding of Treasury, Cash Management, and Banking processes.
- Experience with SWIFT, ISO20022, payment formats, and bank integrations.
- Good knowledge of financial systems integration and data flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Kyriba certification.
- Experience in ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exposure to global treasury operations or multi-currency environment
