Primary Responsibility:

The KYC Verification Executive is responsible for conducting customer due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role involves verifying customer identities, reviewing documentation, identifying risks, and supporting AML/KYC compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new and existing customers
• Verify customer identity documents (ID proof, address proof, business documents, etc.)
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) when required
• Review and validate data accuracy across internal systems
• Identify, analyze, and escalate suspicious or high-risk cases
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Risk) for case resolution
• Meet daily/weekly KYC processing targets while maintaining quality standards
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements
