Job Description

Who we are looking for

Perform periodic reviews, KYC recon and AML Transaction Monitoring functions for all client types. Responsible for managing the AML/KYC tasks of State Street Markets across various products supporting all regions in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai. Research and resolve the queries & BAU requests from stakeholders. Escalating and directing issues for immediate resolution. Executing daily and weekly tasks as per deadlines.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As KYC Specialist you will

  • Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all the Periodic Review and Expected vs Actual cases

  • Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources to complete the periodic review for State Street clients

  • Interact with various internal and external stakeholders as required

  • Answer or review external client queries related to Periodic Review and KYC due diligence requests

  • Perform 4-eye ad review the BAU related requests for Periodic Review and Expected vs Actual analysis

  • Analyze the problem, obtain and evaluate information to reach to the final conclusion

  • Work closely with Onboarding teams, Relationship Managers, Trading and Legal teams

  • Generate new ideas to support various projects and initiatives that will enhance the AML/KYC function

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or other Finance related programs

  • 4-6 years of experience in related AML/KYC background

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
