As a Vice President in the Global KYC QA Testing team, you manage a regional staff across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring robust oversight of KYC testers and day-to-day testing operations. You provide business support to the Global KYC Functional Lead, focusing on developing Business Health Metrics and improving end-to-end testing processes. You utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a regional team of KYC subject matter experts, providing coaching and guidance
- Motivate individual and team performance, developing top talent and succession plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders
- Implement actionable Global Business Health metrics (KPIs)
- Enforce a dynamic control and compliance environment, mitigating risk
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the KYC QA testing cycle
- Provide feedback to Lines of Business, highlighting material error trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance end-to-end testing processes
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for team development
- Communicate complex AML policy and compliance requirements effectively
- Support continuous learning and improvement within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Possess minimum 5 years of AML/KYC Compliance, Audit, or Operations management experience
