KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst

As a motivated and diligent KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst within our team, you support our team in producing accurate reports, developing business requirement documents, and managing change documentation.

JobResponsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc business reports to support decision-making and operational needs.
• Develop andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of processes, procedures,controls,and technologies to ensure consistency andfacilitateknowledge transfer.
• Develop clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and documentation workflows.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal standards and policies.
• Have at least two years of experience creating and validating business reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and report generation, ensuring the reliability and integrity of information presented.

Required qualifications,capabilitiesandskills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Minimum of3yearsof work experience using Excel. Strongproficiencyin creating and managing complex,connecteddatasets manipulating/segmenting data and generating complex formulas and calculations.
• Some experience with Alteryx, with the ability to use it for basic data preparation and reporting tasks.

Preferred qualifications,capabilitiesand skills

• Bachelor's degree(or equivalent)in Business, Finance, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.
• Alteryx Designer Core Certification.
• Proficiencyin data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, and industry best practices.
