Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and due diligence on new and existing clients.
- Verify customer identification documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and KYC documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer information.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential risks to the compliance team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices related to KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on KYC-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a KYC or compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using KYC software and other relevant tools.
