About Company:

We are a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Services firm offering discretionary and non- discretionary services. We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented and compliance- driven KYC & Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level role but the role requires a high degree of accuracy, ownership, and follow-through. This role is critical to ensuring smooth onboarding, regulatory compliance, and a good first experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & KYC

Collect, verify, and process client KYC documents

Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding forms for PMS / advisory / MF accounts

Coordinate with clients to resolve missing or incorrect documentation

Track onboarding status and follow up until completion

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to SEBI / AML / KYC norms

Maintain proper records (digital and physical) as per compliance requirements

Support periodic audits and internal reviews

Update KYC records and assist in CKYC / KRA related processes

Client Support

Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries

Provide clear communication to clients regarding documentation and process timelines

Ensure a high-quality client experience during the onboarding journey.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with Compliance, Sales and External Custodians to resolve onboarding issues

Track and report onboarding pipeline, turnaround times (TATs) and pending documentation status

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Finance, Commerce or related fields

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Detail oriented, methodical with a high sense of responsibility and ownership

Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work

Proficiency with MS Office
