Kubernetes Developer

• We are looking for a Senior Kubernetes Developer to join our talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, managing, and optimizing applications running in Kubernetes environments. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes configurations for seamless application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD processes, ensuring rapid and reliable application delivery.
• Provide expertise in Kubernetes best practices, security, and resource optimization.
• Monitor performance, availability, and scalability of applications within Kubernetes clusters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application deployments and cluster management.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in Kubernetes and container orchestration, contributing innovative ideas to our processes.

Must have:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Kubernetes and containerization.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes environments.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Go, Python, or Java, with experience in writing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
• Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) and networking principles in Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Fluentd.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
