KST Supervisor

• Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as kitchen tools such as pots, pans, serving spoons, and utensils.
• Rotate stock by bringing items from storage into the kitchen.
• Complete cleaning checklists and maintain appropriate timelines for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Collect dirty pans from the cooking line and transport them to the pot station for cleaning.
• Clean and maintain sanitation areas, including organizing cleaning supplies (mops, brooms).
• Maintain cleanliness of loading dock areas, ceilings, walls, and vents in the dish room.
• Ensure clean wares are properly stored.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals.
• Adhere to quality standards and expectations.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
