The KST Staff at our restaurant are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organised environment for both customers and staff.
They ensure that the dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities are well-maintained, providing a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Wipe down all surfaces, including counters, doors, and windows.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean kitchen floors and equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, and stoves.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of food storage and waste disposal areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring that toilet paper, soap, and other supplies are fully stocked.
- Sweep, mop, and clean sinks, toilets, and mirrors
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in restroom areas throughout the shift.
- Clean and maintain all public areas, such as hallways, lobby areas, and staff break rooms.
- Wipe down high-traffic surfaces to reduce germs and keep the environment hygienic.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the manager
- Restock toiletries and supplies for guests in the restrooms and dining areas.
