KST / Kitchen Steward

Department

Operations / Kitchen

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Wash utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment, and cookware
  • Ensure proper washroom cleaning and maintenance
  • Perform floor mopping and general housekeeping activities
  • Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards
  • Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness during operations
  • Refill cleaning supplies and maintain sanitation materials
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure dining and back-area cleanliness as per company standards

Requirements

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Physically active and team-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or housekeeping operations is an added advantage
