Kronos Workforce Management Technical

Configure, customize, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions applications.

Develop and support workforce management solutions including:

• Time & Attendance
• Scheduling
• Accruals
• Leave and Absence Management

Design, develop, and troubleshoot Kronos interfaces and integrations.

Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.

Develop SQL queries and perform database validation and troubleshooting.

Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration migrations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and security standards
