Description
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant specializing in Workforce Management to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and optimizing Kronos solutions to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for workforce management solutions.
- Configure and customize Kronos Workforce Management software to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Kronos applications.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize workforce processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting of Kronos applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and user guides.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in workforce management consulting, preferably with Kronos solutions.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Central and/or Kronos Dimensions.
- Experience with system configuration and implementation of Kronos applications.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
