Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support initiatives across workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, labor management, and workforce optimization processes within the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient workforce management solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to workforce management processes.
- Configure and support modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management including:
- Timekeeping
- Accruals
- Attendance
- Scheduling
- Labor Activities
- Leave Management
- Device Management
- Conduct requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration designs.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Work with integration teams on interfaces between UKG Pro WFM and HR/Payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support to end users.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices for workforce optimization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll policies, and organizational standards.
