Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Kronos (UKG) Consultant with expertise in Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Central, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
• Manage Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Workforce configurations.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and Dell Boomi.
• Configure HyperFind Queries, Workforce Genies, Calendars, and Security Profiles.
• Support payroll interfaces and workforce data integrations.
• Perform requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and production support.
