Conduct in-depth analysis of product data, develop and maintain key performance indicators(KPIs), to track and monitor the success of various initiates and recommendations for improvements
Create and maintain dashboards and excel based reports that communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, designers, engineers to achieve the desired business expectations, deliver in efficient way with zero errors
Continuously explore new data sources, techniques and tools to enhance the quality and the depth of the analysis
Interprets results of analysis, identify the trends, patterns and anomalies, and develops recommendations to help business policies and decisions
Regulatory Compliance: prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as per established timelines
Collaborate with regulatory and data gathering teams to ensure data practices align with relevant requirements
What You Should Have
Bachelor or Master engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech)
Proven 0 to 1 years of experience in data analyst (prefer to have knowledge on finance domain)
Experience in data querying and working with large and complex data sets
Strong proficiency in data analysis and languages such as SQL, Python/R, Excel and data visualization tools(e.g: Tableau, QuickSight, any free source tools)
Implement quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy, consistency and reliability and troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
Good to have development experience with any version control, agile process
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team environments
