• Build and expand your sales team through your personal and professional network
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Organize and conduct sales visits to drive business development activities
• Support and develop team members to enhance productivity and generate more business
• Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set future objectives

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
