Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to promote Kotak Life Insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for banking staff to enhance their understanding of Kotak Life Insurance offerings.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or insurance industry, preferably in the banca channel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with banking partners and customers.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
