Job Description

Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Kore.ai solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment.

Integration: Oversee the integration of Kore.ai solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Customization: Customize Kore.ai solutions to meet specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, intents, and integrations.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and user manuals.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of Kore.ai solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role focusing on AI solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kore.ai platform or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for conversational AI in sectors like banking, healthcare, retail, or insurance.
