Role Description The Kondor Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing Kondor-related processes and systems within client engagements. In this position, the specialist collaborates with internal teams and customers to configure, monitor, and improve Kondor workflows that align with business and sales transformation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data and system performance, documenting requirements, troubleshooting issues, and recommending enhancements to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The Kondor Specialist also prepares clear reports and communications, contributes to solution design, and participates in project meetings to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support in a remote environment.
