Role summary:


As the Lead consultant for the KM CoE drive and execute the enterprise knowledge strategy and
operating model modernization. A key focus on the role involved leverage existing AI/LLM
solutions and/or lead the development of new ones (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to industrialize
AI-driven knowledge discovery, learning, and decision support, and enabling a strong data
governance at scale


What you'll do:


. Assess current-state KM (content, taxonomy, findability, reuse) define target-state
knowledge architecture, governance, and operating model enabled through
project/role-based assistants
. Lead execution and operationalize key elements on the strategy and vision
o Discovery & delivery of GenAI-powered knowledge (enterprise search,
summarization, Q&A copilots, case-expert retrieval)
o Automated classification / sanitization flows through development of bots and
ensure capture-at-source (e.g., project code creation, closing etc.) and
o Champion and enable content workflows automation from Ingestion curation
publication
o Embed strong governance mechanism (roles, guidelines, scorecards), including
responsible AI controls (privacy, security, grounding, red-teaming) and ensure
adherence
o Develop and evangelize adoption and change management programs measure
business value while tracking SMART goals and KPIs


What you'll Bring:

  • At least 6-7 years relevant experience in core KM/consulting experience running
    multistakeholder programs.
  • Fluency in English
  • Client-first mentality
  • Intense work ethic


Preferred Skills:
. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Viva Topics, Copilot), Power Automate, Power BI
. Familiar with RAG patterns, vector search, metadata/taxonomy design
. Strong facilitation, storytelling, stakeholder and team management
