Job Description

The role focuses on deep technical administration, system optimization, reporting architecture, and upgrade readiness, ensuring a scalable, compliant, and high-performing digital validation environment.

This is a hands-on platform administration role, not a validation execution or Tier-1 support position.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Your tasks

  • Acting as the primary KneatGx SME, providing end-to-end system administration and technical ownership
  • Managing daily operations, complex configuration changes, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Evaluating the current Kneat implementation and identifying design, workflow, and configuration gaps
  • Leading re-architecture of templates, workflows, and configurations using Kneat best practices
  • Providing expert leadership on KneatGx 9.1, including known platform and reporting limitations
  • Designing and implementing SSRS-based reports, traceability solutions, and discrepancy reporting
  • Supporting audit readiness through strong configuration governance and system integrity
  • Leading preparation and planning for the upcoming Kneat upgrade
  • Advising on remediation, configuration rationalization, and future-state design improvements

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in KneatGx System Administration (SME level)
  • Strong experience with KneatGx 9.x, including backend configuration and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of template architecture and workflow design
  • Expertise in metadata management and configuration governance
  • Strong capability in traceability and discrepancy reporting
  • Proven ability to assess and remediate implementation design gaps
  • Experience in planning and supporting Kneat platform upgrades
  • Ability to work independently as a platform owner with end-to-end responsibility
  • Strong skills as a technical advisor, providing strategic and operational guidance

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Prior experience supporting global life sciences or regulated environments
  • Exposure to future Kneat versions or modernization initiatives
  • Opportunity to own and shape enterprise-level platform strategy
