Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Should have strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant discipline.

• Candidates should possess regular full-time qualifications in Graduation and Post-Graduation from recognized institutions, preferably B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D., as applicable to the position.

• Should be capable of developing and implementing innovative teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies.

• Should demonstrate leadership capabilities, academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring skills for leadership positions.

• Prior teaching, research, consultancy, industry exposure, and quality publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage.

• Should be willing to undertake academic, administrative, research, and other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
