Operations Scope: Central Processing Unit (CPU) + 5 Sites

Revenue Responsibility: Approx. 3 Cr per month

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager to lead Food Service operations across Mumbai, managing a Central Processing Unit (CPU) and multiple client sites. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining governance standards while delivering business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of CPU and multiple food service sites.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and service quality across locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead workforce planning, retention initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage P&L performance and support business growth initiatives.
• Handle stakeholder management and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Preferred Background

• Experience in the Catering, Food Service, Hospitality, or Industrial Catering industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Prior experience handling CPU operations will be highly preferred.
