Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Technician-Engineering at Crowne Plaza Kochi. The Kitchen Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, performing troubleshooting, handling soldering tasks, and using test equipment. Daily tasks also include ensuring all kitchen equipment is in proper working condition, conducting regular inspections, addressing any mechanical issues promptly, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficient in soldering and using test equipment
• Experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards
• Relevant technical certification or degree or Diploma is preferred
