Kitchen Stewarding Associate

• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, washing stations, and stewarding stores.
• Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Segregate and dispose of waste as per hotel procedures.
• Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain proper storage of clean utensils and equipment.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service hours and special events.
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Steward.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork and cooperation.
• Discipline and punctuality.
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
