Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Kitchen Cold Technician with a minimum of 2 years of

relevant experience to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial

kitchen refrigeration and cold equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration and cold equipment.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential technical issues.

Handle repairs and replacement of faulty components when required.

Ensure refrigeration and cold equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.

Coordinate with the kitchen/maintenance team for timely completion of repair and maintenance work.

Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Cold Technician or similar role.

Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and kitchen cold equipment.

Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, compressors, condensers,

evaporators, and controls.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults independently.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and coordination skills.

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade is

preferred.
