Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant at Lovely's Baker Street, located in Nagpur. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for supporting food preparation, assisting in cooking tasks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards. Additional tasks include helping with food & beverage service and contributing to maintaining a positive and welcoming experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Understanding of Hygiene and Food Safety standards
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prior experience in a food service or kitchen role is a plus
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
