International Delhi Public School (IDPS) invites applications from qualified, passionate, and nurturing educators for the position of Kindergarten Teacher. We are looking for teachers who can create a joyful, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners. The school emphasizes personalized learning and early childhood development through creative and activity-based teaching methods.
Location: Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for kindergarten students.
Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
Develop children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, rhymes, games, and hands-on activities.
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
Maintain classroom discipline while encouraging curiosity and confidence.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, D.El.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Passion for working with young children.
Freshers with strong teaching aptitude may also apply.

Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to engage young learners through interactive activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
