Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Upkar Colony Burari Delhi for a Kindergarten Teacher. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the holistic development of young learners. Daily responsibilities include teaching foundational literacy and numeracy, encouraging creativity, evaluating student progress, and maintaining clear and effective communication with parents and guardians. Collaboration with staff and adherence to the institution's established policies and curriculum are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and the ability to develop creative and age-appropriate educational programs
- Strong abilities in Communication and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Background in Education and Training, with a focus on early childhood development
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Relevant teaching certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in implementing child-centered teaching methodologies is a plus
