Role Description The Kindergarten Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster foundational literacy, numeracy and socio-emotional skills. Daily responsibilities include planning classroom activities, implementing interactive teaching methods, assessing student progress and maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents or guardians, collaborating with other staff members and participating in school events and professional development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chidambaram.

Qualifications

Ability to plan and organize age-appropriate lessons, with strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching.
Solid foundation in Early Childhood Education, including knowledge of child development and classroom management.
Effective Communication skills to engage young learners and maintain clear, professional interaction with families and colleagues.
Experience in Training and mentoring young children through structured and play-based learning activities.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to teaching in a diverse classroom.
Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to innovative teaching methods and technology.
