We are seeking a highly capable
Kinaxis Technical project Manager to spearhead the end-to-end rollout of an enterprise Production Scheduling platform across multiple international manufacturing sites. This role demands deep expertise in large-scale technology implementations, exceptional cross-functional coordination, and hands-on experience delivering transformation programs across supply chain and production environments. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, structured, and skilled at driving alignment among global business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global implementation and rollout initiatives of advanced production scheduling and planning systems across multi-site operations.
Own project strategy, execution, and governance including scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable tracking.
Partner with engineering, supply chain operations, global process owners, and external technology partners to ensure cohesive program execution.
Manage and coordinate integration activities involving platforms such as
Kinaxis, Planet Together, SAP, and other MES/APS systems.
Maintain executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication across North America, Europe, and offshore teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring proactive mitigation and recovery planning.
Drive decision-making forums, steering reviews, and governance rituals to maintain project visibility and accountability.
Lead UAT cycles, deployment readiness activities, change management, training enablement, and post-go-live hypercare.
Ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives, operational workflows, and supply chain efficiency goals.
Drive standardization and documentation including SOP creation, knowledge transition, and best practice frameworks.
Required Experience & Qualifications
1218 years of total experience with
58 years in Program/Deployment leadership roles within manufacturing, supply chain technology, or enterprise transformation.
Hands-on experience with production scheduling, supply chain planning, MES/APS tools, or manufacturing execution programs.
Strong working knowledge of
Kinaxis, Planet Together, and SAP Supply Chain/Production modules (preferred).
Proven ability to lead multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams in global rollout environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex integrations across enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision facilitation capabilities.
Certifications such as
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Experience
Background in Life Sciences, Pharma, Industrial Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
Experience managing hybrid delivery models and offshore collaboration.
Familiarity with scheduling optimization, planning algorithms, and data flow architectures.
