Job Title: Kinaxis Solution Consultant
Location: Remote (India)
Contract Type: 6 months
Job Summary:
The Kinaxis Solution Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end solution design, configuration, and delivery of Kinaxis systems for Client. This role requires deep expertise in supply planning solutions and hands-on experience in implementing Kinaxis projects. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and delivery of Kinaxis system implementations at Client
- Conduct business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis, and To-Be design workshops.
- Develop Solution Design Documents (SDD) based on business requirements.
- Review functional specifications and designs; provide feedback to enhance deliverables.
- Evaluate existing systems and tools, recommending improvements for process optimization.
- Configure Kinaxis planning solutions and implement independently with minimal oversight.
- Influence business decisions on technology by sharing industry best practices and methodologies.
- Deliver projects in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Support project planning, including detailed plans, estimates, and timelines alongside Delivery Manager and Kinaxis Architect.
- Set up and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support final acceptance and sign-off by business owners.
- Communicate project risks and issues affecting schedule, scope, or budget.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields required.
- MBA or Master's in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 8+ years in supply chain solution implementations with deep Kinaxis expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis supply planning implementation experience (projects, enhancements, or POCs; user/superuser experience does not count).
- Experience implementing planning solutions for large global manufacturers or CPG companies preferred.
- Functional knowledge of material planning systems and processes is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis integration with SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-cultural teams across geographies for requirements gathering, design, testing, and delivery.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Kinaxis RapidResponse: Configuration and implementation expertise.
- Supply Planning solutions: Deep understanding of processes and system capabilities.
- Agile methodologies and project delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Integration knowledge with ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).
