Job Description

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative supply chain solutions to our clients using Kinaxis Maestro. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead and coordinate Kinaxis implementation projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Mentoring and supporting the consultants in their professional development.
  • Customer Consulting and Solution Delivery:
  • Gather Business requirements and lead process and solution design discussions with customer & business teams.
  • Analyse the requirement and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
  • Design and configure Kinaxis solutions based on client requirements.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, including data mapping, system integration, and user training.
  • Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis product offerings.
  • Guide clients on industry best practices.
  • Data Migration and Integration:
  • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to Kinaxis.
  • Design and manage system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, etc.
  • Testing and User Training:
  • Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase.
  • Prepare and review project documentations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to enable clients to effectively utilize Kinaxis solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving support.            
  • Pre-Sales and Sales Support Activities:
  • Working on proposals and RFPs.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and deliver demo/ presentations to customers.

Required Qualifications:

•   In-depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting, Supply planning, S&OP, Inventory planning & Optimization.

•   Hands-on experience in the configuration of the Kinaxis-Maestro

•   Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts, and reports etc.

•   6-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting role

•   Minimum 2-3 years of experience out of total experience must be on Kinaxis Maestro, architected 3-4 projects on the same.

•   Good understanding of functional and technical architecture to support working on data integration skills with multiple source and target systems

• A Bachelor / master's degree in engineering, Operation, Supply Chain

• Kinaxis Maestro certifications completed in the role of Contributor, Author, Admin and Integration as required for SA role.

• Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL would be preferred.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.

• Candidate has worked in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Excellent communication, problem solving presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills
