Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with a strong focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications using Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on implementing innovative solutions that enhance business operations and improve supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and develop applications using Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet specific business and supply chain requirements.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- End-to-End Application Development: Develop and maintain applications, ensuring the implementation of effective, scalable, and performance-driven solutions.
- Quality & Code Reviews: Ensure high-quality code development by participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and adhering to best coding practices.
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and helping them grow their skills.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Kinaxis RapidResponse and other relevant technologies, ensuring that your solutions are always at the cutting edge.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions and troubleshoot challenges efficiently.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:-
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Expertise: Proficiency in Kinaxis RapidResponse is a must, with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing solutions for supply chain management.
- Strong Software Development Background: Experience with application development, including proficiency in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Database Management: Hands-on experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and integration with applications.
- Understanding of SDLC: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application deployment, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and come up with effective technical solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment across teams.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, becoming a subject matter expert in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of full-time education (e.g., B.E/B.Tech/MCA).
