- 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycles or extensive experience managing support/enhancements).
- Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, dashboards, scorecards, and automation chains, including macros, embedded algorithms, and task flow.
- Deep functional experience in supply chain processes, including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.
- Strong technical understanding of the Kinaxis solution, including authoring, system configuration, and designing resources such as workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Managing and mentoring junior developers, conducting quality reviews of developed functionality, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 2/3, Solution Consultant 1.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and their integration with Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
