Core Skill Requirements:

Technical: Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration, data modeling, control tables, and scripting.

Supply Chain: Strong domain knowledge in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), demand planning, capacity management, and Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) cycles.

Database/Integration: Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and API integrations with enterprise databases.

Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and mentor junior team members
