About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech consultancy in the Supply Chain & Digital Operations sector, we partner with global enterprises to modernize their planning ecosystems using Kinaxis RapidResponse®. Our engineers deliver end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions—enabling real-time demand-supply synchronization, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics for Fortune 500 clients across APAC and EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Kinaxis RapidResponse models for demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP workflows.
- Build and maintain custom scripts, macros, and integrations using Kinaxis scripting language and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate complex supply chain requirements into executable Kinaxis logic and dashboards.
- Tune performance of large-scale data models and optimize data flows between Kinaxis and ERP/BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Support UAT, resolve defects, and provide post-go-live support including documentation and user training.
- Participate in agile sprints, conduct peer code reviews, and adhere to CI/CD best practices for Kinaxis deployments.

- Supply Chain Planning Concepts (S&OP, IBP, ATP/CTP)
- REST/SOAP API Integration
- Data Modeling & Dashboard Design in Kinaxis
- SAP/Oracle ERP Integration Experience
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
- SQL for Data Extraction & Transformation
- Preferred
- Kinaxis Certification (e.g., RapidResponse Certified Developer)
- Experience with Kinaxis Data Management or Integration Hub
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) for Kinaxis Deployments
