Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals along with domain experience in Sourcing Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. This role involves working in a day shift with no travel requirements contributing to impactful projects that enhance our companys operations.

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement solutions using Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize sourcing and supply chain processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Kinaxis applications to ensure smooth operations.
Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software development and implementation.
Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success. -Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals with proven experience in their application.
Demonstrate expertise in Sourcing Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system and process inefficiencies.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
