Education: Graduation with 60% and above (Mandatory)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting (FA) or related processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Reconciliation
• NAV Validation
• Bookkeeping & Journal Entries (Mandatory)
• Experience in managing a team of 3 to 5 members.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and fund accounting operations.
• Ability to manage daily operations, meet deadlines, and ensure process accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process controls and operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a small team.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work from the Mumbai (Kurla West) location and meet the minimum educational requirement of 60% and above throughout graduation.
