Keyloop Consultant / Product Owner

Location: Remote

Engagement: Short-term contract (initially 2–3 weeks)

Client: UAE-based customer

We are looking for an experienced Keyloop Consultant / Product Owner to support one of our UAE-based clients on a short-term engagement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Keyloop platform, a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear product and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand automotive dealership and vehicle trading business processes.
• Work with Keyloop platforms, including DMS, Vehicle Hub, Service Hub, and Sales & Acquisition.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into functional and product requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client representatives.
• Support product ownership, business analysis, implementation, or techno-functional consulting activities.
• Communicate requirements, recommendations, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with the Keyloop platform.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealership and trading operations.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Techno-functional SME, or Product/Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology or product specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 8+ years of overall technology experience preferred; candidates with fewer years may be considered if they have strong relevant expertise and client-facing experience.

Preferred

• Experience working with clients in the Middle East/GCC region.
• Experience supporting automotive retail, dealership management, or vehicle sales and service operations.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote engagement.
• Initial duration of approximately 2–3 weeks.
• Flexible commercial arrangement: Time & Materials (T&M) or a fixed-term engagement, depending on the candidate and project requirements.
