Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Visakhapatnam for Keyboard Dance Teachers and Speech & Drama (S&D) Teachers. Responsibilities include providing high-quality dance or music education, creating lesson plans, conducting engaging classes, offering constructive feedback, and fostering skill development in students. Teachers will also be expected to collaborate with the broader FSM team to support learning initiatives and maintain a nurturing environment for students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dance Instruction and Dance Education, with the ability to teach and inspire students through structured lesson plans.
- Strong skills in Teaching and mentoring to provide one-on-one and group learning in music and dance disciplines.
- Competence in Dance and Music with a deep understanding of relevant techniques and the ability to teach them effectively.
- Enthusiasm for working with students of varying ages and skill levels to provide a positive and focused learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree or certification in music, dance, or performing arts is preferred. Experience in teaching Keyboard, Dance, or Speech & Drama is an advantage.
