Role Summary:

  • Group Funds
    • Expand the Group Funds business across selected zone- including Tier 1,2,3 cities
    • Penetrate into Large and Medium Corporates as well as PSUs for sourcing Group Funds - Retirals-Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashments, Benevolence schemes etc.
  • Annuity/NPS Annuity Leads
    • Support Group Annuity business including prospecting, processes, affiliation and fulfilment
    • Cross sell of Group Annuity to Group Fund clients and to Group Life clients
    • Engage with NPS Nodal officers to ensure that Tata AIA is a preferred partner for NPS annuity leads ensure fulfilment of the leads either digitally or leveraging the Direct Sales Force/Agency team of Tata AIA
  • Team Management
    • Lead a team of Senior Manager(s) / Manager (s) in the region to generate new business.

. Track GTL renewals and raise renewals on time

. Raising GTL NB and renewal PRF with actuarial

. Coordinating with RM for status and query resolution

. Publishing analysis on quotes generated, funnel, TATS for supporting Business insights

. Prioritizing with actuaries for quotation

. PRF Allocation and Maintaining Daily MIS of PRF raised.

. Coordinating with Broker/Client/Agents for any documents

. MSME Module Quoting

. NB / renewal login support in vendor creation

. NB / renewal login - Broker Empanelment Process

. NB / renewal login - Update on NB and Renewal documents pending
