About the role:

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in life insurance sales who can build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and drive business growth through direct sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of life insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Understand customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct customer meetings and field visits as required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance – Direct Sales.
• Prior experience in relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• 2-wheeler preferred, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
