Job Description

Key Executive Officer (KEO)

Rivo AI Pte. Ltd. · Singapore · Full-time

About Rivo

Rivo is an AI-native proptech company building a Deal Orchestration OS for residential real estate in Singapore. Unlike traditional portals or SaaS tools, Rivo operates as principal in the transaction — using AI agents to manage the full buyer journey from lead qualification through viewings, financing, and closing. We are pre-seed stage, backed by experienced operators and advisors, and preparing for our first live deal cycle on a major new residential launch.

Role Overview

Rivo is seeking a CEA-licensed Key Executive Officer (KEO) to serve as the designated licensee-in-charge for our estate agency operations. This role is central to ensuring Rivo's brokerage activities are fully compliant with Singapore's Estate Agents Act and CEA regulations as we scale a new, AI-driven transaction model.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the registered Key Executive Officer for Rivo's estate agency license, fulfilling all statutory duties under the CEA
  • Supervise licensed agents and ensure adherence to conduct, disclosure, and transaction rules
  • Review and approve commission structures, agent partnership agreements, and referral arrangements for regulatory compliance
  • Establish and maintain internal compliance policies, recordkeeping, and complaint-handling procedures
  • Advise founders and leadership on regulatory risk as new agent, deal, and revenue structures are introduced
  • Liaise with the CEA and other relevant authorities as required
  • Support onboarding and training of agents on compliance standards

Requirements

  • Valid CEA registration and eligibility to act as Key Executive Officer
  • Prior experience as a KEO or senior compliance role within a licensed estate agency
  • Strong working knowledge of the Estate Agents Act, CEA Practice Guidelines, and related regulations
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment with evolving processes and non-traditional business models
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment on regulatory risk
  • Excellent communication skills for working with founders, agents, and regulators

Nice to Have

  • Experience in proptech, real estate innovation, or working with a licensed agency undergoing digital transformation
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or non-traditional brokerage models

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation, structured as full-time or fractional depending on candidate
  • Equity participation for early team members
  • Opportunity to shape compliance and operational structure for a category-defining company in Singapore real estate

To apply, please submit your CV along with details of your current CEA registration status.
