Key Channel Manager Corporate Gifting & B2C Events/ Gifting Expos
Mumbai -Lower Parel | Full-time
We're looking for a Key Channel Manager who can own Corporate Gifting and B2C Events & Expos, drive high-impact partnerships, and turn every interaction into a Madmix experience.
A) Channel Ownership & Growth:
1) Own and scale Corporate Gifting and B2C Events / Expo channels.
Drive partnerships with pharma companies, banks, insurance companies, corporates, gifting agencies, event organizers, and exhibition platforms.
Corporate Gifting (B2B Sales)
2) Manage key corporate accounts across HR, Admin, Marketing & Procurement teams.
3) Build gifting solutions for festivals, employee engagement, onboarding, events, and brand campaigns.
4) Drive repeat business and long-term account growth.
B) B2C Events & Expos
1) Identify and execute participation in consumer events, expos, and large-format B2C platforms.
2) Work with Brand & Ops to ensure strong visibility, sampling, and sales at events.
C) Revenue & Execution
Own channel-wise targets, pricing, margins, and closures.
Manage end-to-end execution briefs, forecasts, coordination, and deliveries.
D) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand, Marketing, Ops, and Supply teams to deliver seamless experiences.
E) Reporting & Insights
Track revenue, ROI, repeat rates, and channel performance.
Use insights to improve future activations and sales strategy.
What We're Looking For
35 years of experience in sales, key accounts, corporate gifting, or event-led channels. FMCG industry is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close deals. Comfortable with on-ground execution, events, expos, and fast-paced environments.
