Job Description

Builder & developers, Government, Commercials account mapping in respective territory.

  • Generating product specs through Contractors, consultant, Architects.
  • Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects, i.e. PMC, contractors, designers, etc
  • Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.
  • Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.
  • To achieve sales target aligned with respective product line.
  • Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
  • Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer
  • Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
  • To keep track on competitors movement in respective accounts.

GENERAL CONTEXT

  • Understanding key stages in construction activity and assess material needs and budgets. Identify and develop relationship with key stakeholders like architects, contractors and consultants.
  • Commercial acumen of developing pricing of a solution portfolio.
  • Good Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Assess market developments, keep abreast of competitive activity.
  • Develop technical knowledge of products & benefits so as to position products appropriately.

  • Project identification stage wise.
  • Presentation to architects, builders, contractors, specifiers etc.
  • Analytical skills for project details.
  • Competitors update.

Qualifications / Experience Required (

Science / Engineering Graduate + Post Graduate in Sales/ Marketing
