About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and meticulous Key Account Manager for PRASUMA to spearhead our expansion across India's top quick-commerce platforms. You'll spearhead account expansion, boost product discoverability, fine-tune operational efficiencies, and keep us competitive in a dynamic, data-driven quick-delivery landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive business operations on q-commerce platforms
  • Accelerate revenue growth by enhancing stock availability, expanding assortment options, coordinating promotional activities, elevating visibility, and refining customer journeys.
  • Collaborate on monthly and quarterly Joint Business Plans alongside category teams and platform partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities by partnering closely with platform stakeholders and pinpointing high-potential categories and channel trends.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and execution during peak-demand flash sales and promotional events.
  • Take full ownership of channel revenue streams while vigilantly managing all associated expenses.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management within Q-Commerce or modern trade sectors.
  • Firm grasp of Profit & Loss fundamentals.
  • Data-driven thinker with advanced proficiency in Excel for insights and analysis.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities to align with internal category groups and external partners.
  • A results-oriented approach with strong ownership, adaptability, and speed in high-velocity settings.
